50 Questions

This is sorta like a strange 50-question interview.
It's actually one of those get-to-know-you chain letters that clutter up your mailbox.
So here ya go, all about me.

20) Favorite Songs:
"The Boxer" by Simon & Garfunkel, "Best of What's Around" by DMB, "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Z, “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen

21) If you had to choose between the career you've always dreamed of and the man/woman of your dreams, which would you choose?
I plan on getting both...

22) What is the career you've always dreamed of?
I thought I knew, but I don't anymore.

23) Who is the man/woman of your dreams? (or what is he/she like?)
He looks like Brendan Fraser, has the sense of humor of Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, and David Spade combined, he's the life of a party (not shy), he's really nice, generous, and he thinks I'm the greatest but he doesn’t spoil me.

24) McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's?
Mr. Pita (for those who have never heard of Mr. Pita, it's basically just a pita-bread-sandwich shop). I work there.

25) What was your funniest experience?
I can't name just one, but it probably happened in the MRP

26) What was your most fun experience?
Kiss Me, Kate- my last production with the MRP. I also had a blast in New York City last fall.

27) Do you believe in reincarnation?
Not really, although I usually believe anything covered in the X-Files

28) Would you rather be deaf or blind?
Neither, but if I had to choose, I'd rather be blind because I can't live without my daily dose of DMB

29) What would you do if your friend told you he/she was gay/lesbian?
Why would I care? I have nothing against gay people. I don't even think twice about it.

30) Silver or gold?
Silver. I don't like gold. Plus silver's cheaper.

31) Would you rather be short or tall?
Tall.

32) Would you rather be overly happy and poor, or overly wealthy and unhappy?
Wealthy and unhappy... I could always buy some Prozac.

33) Do you like to dance?
I'm not confident about my dancing skills. I have two moves, total, that I apply to all songs no matter what.

34) Do you like to sing?
Hell yes, and all the time. I love to sing- I cantor in church sometimes, and I was member of two choir groups, including an elite show choir this past year called the Marian Melodies.

35) Are you too shy to ask someone out?
Not really, depends on the guy.

36) Do you like to talk on the phone?
I prefer to dominate conversations in person.

37) What would you do if you ruled the world?
I'd make MTV play music videos again, and not all rap either. I'd live in a mansion in Boston and I'd build a ranch in Montana in the mountains. I’d give myself absolute power over the Oscars and Emmys. Then I’d make Bill Gates give all his money to the homeless.

38) Do you think boys or girls have it easier?
Boys. Is there any question? I don't think the boys themselves would dispute it. I once had to make a list of female hardships for a guy who didn't believe me when I said women have it worse.

39) If you had a round-trip ride in a time machine, where would you go?
Back to the Future- maybe the year 3000, if the world's still around. Or I'd go back and meet Jesus.

40) If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
Freak people out. Tie their shoelaces together, make things float, etc.

41) If you could change your name, what would it be?
Amy. I think it's the sweetest, simplest name. And I love what it means- friendly.

42) If you were in a theater and someone was crying would you laugh?
It depends on the movie. During Steel Magnolias I was sobbing but I don't know why everyone was crying during Titanic. It's not like the ending was a surprise. If someone was crying during a really cheesy movie I’d laugh.

43) What’s your dream marriage proposal?
Isn’t it a little early to think about that? I think, it would be in front of a lot of people, in a creative way...

44) If this Saturday, you could do ANYTHING you wanted, what would you do?
Have a big party and invite all of Hollywood. And they'd all have to come, too.

45) Have you ever wanted to runaway?
Yeah. Sometimes when we’re on a long family trip and I’ve been trapped in the car with my brother for three hours, I seriously consider jumping out the window onto the side of the highway.

46) What's your worst fear?
Nothing. Okay, bugs. I scream at spiders. Even little ants. Don't laugh at me.

47) Have you ever felt you were in love?
All the time, with like five different guys at a time. But I guess that's probably not love, then.

48) Do you pray?
Yes, I'm pretty religious. Maybe I don't pray that much, but I think I'm a good person, and that's the best way to pray.

49) If you were stranded on an island who would you want to be with?
Someone who doesn't eat much and knows who to make a computer out of palm branches and a cell phone out of twigs.

50) Is there life after death?
What, do you think God told me himself? I don’t know. I believe there is, this lonely little world can't be it. It would all be such a waste.
